We offer two types of insurance claim facilities for patient convenience:
1. Reimbursement Claims
If cashless facility is not available, you can claim expenses later.
Process:
Pay the hospital bill at the time of discharge
Collect all original documents (bills, reports, discharge summary, prescriptions)
Submit the claim form along with required documents to your insurance company
The insurer reviews and processes the claim
Approved amount is reimbursed to your bank account
2. Cashless Treatment
Get treated without paying upfront (as per policy coverage).
Process:
Consult with the doctor at Ayulife Hospital (mandatory for diagnosis and admission recommendation)
Present your health insurance card and policy details at the help desk
Fill out the pre-authorization form and attach consultation form.
Our team submits the request to your insurer/TPA along with doctor’s advice
Approval is received from the insurance company
Treatment is provided without immediate payment (excluding non-covered items)
Important Note:
A valid doctor’s consultation and admission advice is mandatory for insurance approval. Claims cannot be processed without proper medical evaluation and documented treatment recommendation.
