
Sleep Apnae
Sleep apnea means disturbed sleep, It is serious sleep disorder. If there is loud snoring and feel tired after full night’s sleep it indicates, you have Sleep Apnea.
The medical condition involves relaxation in individual’s windpipe and then collapses during sleep and thus stops breathing for some time for few seconds. Usually brain fails to signal the muscles to keep airways open.
Symptoms of Sleep Apnae
