It is essential to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner before starting any treatment for infertility. The practitioner can diagnose the underlying cause of infertility and recommend the appropriate treatment based on the individual’s needs and health condition.

Causes of Infertility

Male infertility refers to a man’s inability to impregnate a fertile female partner despite regular, unprotected sexual intercourse. Infertility affects both men and women, and in about 40-50% of infertility cases, male factors play a significant role.

Based on our experience at Ayulife, For both men and women, reproductive health depends on the health of sperm, ovum and uterus. we have seen infertility occurs majorly due to following reasons :-

  • Problem in Reproductive tissue or Shukra dhatu like not healthy enough or not produced in enough portion.
  • Low Sperm Count: A low sperm count, known as oligospermia, is a common cause of male infertility. It can reduce the likelihood of sperm reaching and fertilizing an egg.
  • Poor Sperm Motility: Sperm motility refers to the ability of sperm to swim effectively. Poor motility can hinder the sperm’s ability to reach the egg.

Ayurveda Treatment to Sperms Count:

Sperm Count is one of the important factor in increasing the chances of pregnancy’. So, its must to have healthy sperm count for making your partner pregnant. But during these stressful days the count is reducing quite lot.

Though for pregnancy only one egg and one sperm is sufficient but still why this count matters? as higher sperm count increases the chances of being pregnant.

in Ayurveda the Sperms are referred as Shukra Dhatu and The shukra tissue is formed as part of a long chain of metabolic transformations, which start with digestion of food and transform food to nutrient fluid, blood, muscle, fat, bone, bone marrow and finally, to shukra tissue.

Ayurveda doctor fixes the diet pattern of the couple and its one of the essential part of treatment. At Ayulife, we guide the couple to lifestyle issues and diet patterns so that nutrients increase the ‘shukra dhatu’.
