Balance Cholesterol Naturally – with Ayurveda

High cholesterol levels are quite common in modern life style. Digestion plays a major role to balance cholesterol level and to maintain good health. If digestion is disturbed then toxins start accumulating in the body & creates various disorders like High LDL, Acidity, Gastric, heaviness etc. Liver is the main organ to clear toxins from the body. If liver is not healthy then these toxins starts to get deposit in the body.

Both LDL and HDL are lipoproteins. LDL stands for “low-density lipoprotein.” HDL stands for “high-density lipoprotein.” HDL absorbs LDL and carries it to the liver, which then removes it from the body.

HDL helps rid your body of excess cholesterol so it’s less likely to end up in your arteries. LDL is called “bad cholesterol” because it takes cholesterol to your arteries, where it may collect in artery walls. Too much cholesterol in your arteries may lead to a buildup of plaque known as atherosclerosis.
